1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MFLens (mflens.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use this platform.

2. Description of Service

MFLens is a mutual fund analytics platform that provides rolling-metric data, fund comparisons, calculators, and educational content related to Indian mutual funds. We do not facilitate the purchase or sale of mutual fund units, process payments for fund transactions, or act as an intermediary between users and Asset Management Companies (AMCs).

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on MFLens. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Account Registration & Security

You may create an account via email/password, email OTP, or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: misuse, scrape, or attempt to extract data from MFLens in bulk without permission; interfere with the platform's security or normal operation; use the platform for any unlawful purpose; or impersonate any person or entity.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on MFLens — including our rolling-metric methodology, Consistency Score calculation, design, and original written content — is the property of MFLens unless otherwise stated. Fund data itself is sourced from public sources (AMFI, fund houses) and is not owned by MFLens.

7. No Investment Advice

As detailed in our Disclaimer, MFLens does not provide investment advice. All content is for informational purposes only.

8. Data Accuracy

Data displayed on MFLens, including NAVs, rolling metrics, and benchmark comparisons, is provided “as is” without warranty of accuracy or completeness. See our Disclaimer for full details on data sources.

9. Third-Party Services

MFLens uses Google Sign-In for authentication and Google Analytics for usage tracking. Your use of these features is also subject to Google's own terms and privacy policies.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MFLens and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this platform.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of MFLens after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
